I just want to reassure you that it is brand new without tags and it is an authentic watch it should cost about five dollars to replace the battery or you can just send it in to Michelle and they will replace it for free. luxedesgrdisc @lelanhuong that watch retails for $2,400 plus tax. It is brand new. A battery costs $5 or if you send it to Michele they’ll replace it. You got it for less than half price which was a steal, but I understand if you don’t want to pay $5 for a new battery. It was working when I sent it out not sure what happened in transit. Either way my apologies for the inconvenience
