earthg62 @mmcglinchey The Modkat listed as new, when I received it. the 4 sides on the outside was all scrubbed up or scratched, the lid was dented down or vented at the thin side at the entry. I'm new on here and didn't know how to post to get my refund back. When I did figure out how to use this app, my 3 days refund or comment is over. I'm not happy with the purchase. Thanks

mmcglinchey @earthg62 I’m really sorry that happened. It was absolutely new. Not in the original box, I had the local shipping store pack it for me, because I didn’t have a box that would work. I don’t know what happened, but I’m happy to refund what you paid. I don’t sell as a business. Just as a way to buy what I like on Poshmark. Let me look into how to process a refund for you.

earthg62 @mmcglinchey Hi, That would be great if I can get my refund back. They should of packed it better, the 4 sides was pretty messed up. It didn't look new but used. I ended up buying a new one from Modkat website, it was a gift. Thanks
