georgeanna_l Hi there, I started to make a purchase from you and then I had to login. Something happened with the login and it didn’t return me to fully submit the order. I ordered it from another seller because it suddenly wasn’t available from you, and then received an email saying that the1st order had gone through and I would be receiving the item from you. But when I go to my purchases, it doesn’t list my purchase from you. If I did actually order from you, can you please cancel it? I don’t want two.

Somehow the order got interrupted and did not seem to go through, but I received an email saying that my order was confirmed. In the meantime, I had just ordered the item from someone else (Because it suddenly wasn’t available from you). Can you please cancel the order from me? I don’t want two of them.

I couldn’t return it the normal way because it’s not in my purchase history. Could you please let me return this item. This order never should’ve gone through.
