Hi @idaboop40 I am so sorry you were unhappy with the Gemma purse, I wasn't aware it was in bad condition, I should have checked it over better on the inside, maybe in better lighting. I'll happily give you a discount if you shop again with me. I think you'll find that was very unlike any of my other items, I really try to only sell the best quality products.
