sonageorgian Hi I am very sorry about the bag I never noticed the missing clasp I guess probably I never used it I did not need to use it If you still want to keep the bag I can send you a check for shipping and you can keep the bag I am so sorry I just did not notice the clasp probably I never used the clasps because the bag closed on its own I did not want to make your shopping experience negative Thank you
