Hi. Thank you for purchasing the NWT Thursday Friday Designer Print Canvas Tote Bag but upon inspection there are a few defects on bottom of bag. The rubber is peeling probably from it sitting on one of my other bags. Did you want a refund? If you want to see a pic of the defect I can post one and tag you.
