1missmandy Hi. I just got the ivory and tan bra. The back left strap is ABSOLUTELY stuck in the outer slot. I’ve tried with tweezers and papers clips to pull/push it through but it won’t budge! I had hoped to make use of the variable strap placements. As it is, the strap sits too far out and will slip off my shoulder. I didn’t want to give you a bad review without hearing from you first.

1missmandy @mixtrendz12 should strap adjustment... one of the two places in back where the strap connects (via a little “loop”) allowing one to select a wider or narrower strap placement. It’s on both sides but only the left is stuck. I can see how you might have missed it. It’s just such a bummer because I can take it to my seamstress but she’s not cheap so I may be better off just buying another one.

mtmadre Hi Idaliss, the Tevas I purchased from you are falling apart after wearing (only around the house) after 3 times! Since they are coming apart on the same place of the sole (on both of them) they must have been a faulty pair when you got them. My hubby thinks we can get some shoe glue and fix them, but I wanted to give you a heads up about the issue. Thanks, Connie

mtmadre @mixtrendz12 Well even after gluing, I am still having MAJOR issues with these Tevas! I am looking for a way to send you pictures, so you can see just how bad they are. The sole of the left shoe is almost totally hanging off at this point!! I’ve only worn them around the house & yard so far. I Haven’t even gone camping and worn them in water yet.

mtmadre At this point I don’t think they’re even safe enough to do that. Upon further inspection, inside (under the sole) is actually covered with beach sand, which may have created the issue to begin with. At this point I do not want to keep repairing and hoping for the best. Please let me know how to return and receive a refund. If you’d like to see pictures please let me know how to post them.

It seems very strange to me since as you can see in the pictures of the original listing there's nothing wrong with the soles. Not sure how that could have happened. I don't know how a refund would be made, I believe it has through be thru Poshmark customer service.

mtmadre @mixtrendz12 They did look like no flaws in the pictures. It wasn’t until worn that they fell apart. Of someone had glued them prior to you obtaining the shoes, you would have not known. I can send you pictures if you’d like, especially of the sand covering the inside of sole. In the meantime I will ask customer service what to do.

cerieu Idalis, I changed my debit card number yesterday because I received strange email from the bank and I called the bank about it and they told me that they never asked for that amount of payment. And they also told me that it is a phishing scam. So they changed my debit card number. I have money in my bank account that I can buy 7 times more than what I bought today, but because of the debit card number change, I wasn’t able to charge it to it.

cerieu I have other cc cards that I use for my business, but it was not having enough credit. So I paid by calling them. That’s the only way I can call cc card to pay express. And that’s how I paid the first 3-4 items and I guess I paid little less than what I was planning to spend, the last necklace auction payment failed. I failed by $20.

I’m very sensitive to smells & my sinuses are killing me…. I can’t walk thru a perfume dept at the mall because my sinuses go nuts….anyway I appreciate it. Thank you!!!!
