Hi Leisha, I just realized I sent you the wrong baby sneakers, I sent you the purple and white pair. I’m so sorry my mistake. When you get them if you want to send back for a refund I will honor that. If you like them great you can keep them. Let me know what you would like to do. @cupsup1 good afternoon unfortunately you didn’t ask for a return and I hadn’t heard from you so I assumed that you where keeping the shoes I sent. Yes they where the wrong pair however I communicated with you about the situation and gave you instructions. I told you I would honor your refund. However, after 3 days of delivery and no contact from you Poshmark policy automatically releases the funds. And you no longer can file a claim.....

@cupsup1 so the purchase was made final and I didn’t hear from you until way after that had happened! Policies are set in place for issues like these however the proper channels where not done on your part. I assumed you where keeping them per our prior conversations. I’m sorry this happened and I can’t do anything about it now. I haven’t received anything back from you! Your saying that you sent the shoes back to me? I’m confused......

@jamaicajulie the right thing to do is sent me the shoes that I paid you for that’s what make sense at this moment I sent you back the incorrect item you sent me I have my receipt that I got from the post office with the tracker number stop playing me with it said it was delivered Friday so you got your shoes back you have them according to the tracker number

@jamaicajulie and how was there any confusion any where when you told me you sent me the wrong shoes I responded back ASAP to tell you I wanted what I paid for that I was going to sent you back the shoes now I’m confused I sent poshmark the receipt as well with the tracker number on there you got the shoes back Friday

@cupsup1 unfortunately if you didn’t file a case with Poshmark I don’t have that information. Poshmark policy is for a case to be made. Three days after purchase is delivered to you the sale is final. I can’t do anything about that.
