coreykbradley Hi there, I wanted to reach out about the Madewell tote you purchased from me. I have looked everywhere and cannot find the original crossbody strap. I am happy to cancel the purchase. I do however have 2 unopened Madewell crossbody straps and can send both to you for free if you'd be interested. The two straps are the "Madewell crossbody strap: webbing edition in forgotten petal" and "colorblock calf hair edition in spotty haircalf multi". Either way, I am very sorry for the inconvenience!
