mcchewie88 @imanfrenchie the item has a thin tip at th end with a small plastic pin that is meant to be pulled out to allow you to leave small and fine droplets of the ink. I generally expect people buying the henna to ask or look into how to use it. The cone is taped up so to protect while shipped. I’m sorry it sounds like you had some issues when trying to use it, but I hope you can reconsider the 1/5 star review

imanfrenchie @mcchewie88 I actually looked into it on you tube and researched it before purchasing. I pulled out the green plastic pin ( I am very familiar with the henna and understood that that green pin was here to avoid for the henna dry) when I press at the top of the tube the henna does not come out which makes it unusable- It may have gotten damaged during shipment but there is a brown liquid coming out of the tube trapped between the tape and the packaging. I am happy to ship it back and exchange ?
