To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you.

@tainageek hello, so I cancelled his order because “his cousin ordered the item” the item still says “SOLD” and I can’t edit it. How do I go about taking the “SOLD” off?

@betovilla hi☺ unfortunately you can't take that listing off. So you have to rel-ist the item. I usually keep the pictures I took and the description in my phone so the re-listing doesn't take so long to re-do🌴☺. Hope this helps

@tainageek so, next time a situation like this happens. What’s the best way to go about it, have him cancel the order or me? Thank you for your help. I just want to avoid this type of stuff in the future/

@betovilla It hopefully won't happen again. But if you cancel or the buyer does its the same thing. You'll have to relist the item. I don't know why its done that way. Just keep your pics and description until after item is sold and accepted by buyer. Just in case🌴☺
