inthemakingla @lance123 Im not sure how exchanging would work. Could you send me back the one you don't want with a prepaid shipping label so I can send you the other one? We are a non profit, so we can really cover the shipping.

inthemakingla @lance123 I think USPS is the best bet. Ask about a prepaid label :) Also, I'm assuming you want the 10 in Pro Lumiere (not Perfection Lumiere). I sent you Pro Lumiere because that was the one you messaged about but I think you clicked on the wrong one (Perfection) when you bought it. Am i right?

lance123 @inthemakingla I will take the same Pro lumiere in color 10. I use color 20 in Aqua Lumiere so I thought it would be the same in all the Chanel formulations. When I send prepaid label will you reimburse me? I will have paid shipping 3x

inthemakingla @wanderingl I'm so sorry for not responding more quickly! I'm still looking to see if the watch hasn't been sold already! We are a bunch of volunteers at a non profit doing fundraising and sometimes items like these get sold offline. I'm asking someone to check on the watch now (Im not physically the warehouse/office). Very sorry for the inconvenience!!!
