The email stated some reasons why that may be the case and the only thing that seemed possible is that the box might have been too heavy for the shipping label they sent me. thecosmiccloset @anitabeebe I thought it was the green one in the photo. It was also covered in perfume and hair so I would have to have it dry cleaned. Would have been better to receive a clean item.
