cticknor Hi Indigo, I received your 4 star rating on the born boots you purchased from my closet...the comment said “could improve”. How can I improve? What was wrong? My goal is to be honest and make sure I ship within a day.

verton @cticknor Hello, Yes the Shipping was very speedy, the boxing was great and I love the boots. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because I found there was a bit more discoloration in the toe area than I could see in the photo. However I also appreciate the discount I received realize it is hard to capture everything on film. Thank you again .
