ibalmasheva @codyrae37 @codyrae37 this buyer reached to me when I was asleep at night. I cancelled the order first thing in the morning and received an email from poshmark confirming cancellation. I thought she received it as well that is why I have not reached out. I also work very early and do not use phone at work. I explained this buyer I have cancelled the item and not sending it to her. I have never had any issues with buyers and always ship on time.

ibalmasheva @codyrae37 This buyer claimed that she accidentally purchased the item by clicking. From my experience on poshmark it takes at least 2 clicks to buy an item as it asks you if you are sure to purchase it. I believed her that she made a mistake and cancelled the order but she persists on making claims that it has not happened. I will be reporting her to poshmark.
