Hello... unfortunately you purchase lip pencils that were already reserved and sold to someone else. We are going to need to get in touch with Poshmark support so you can get a refund. Fortunately they do not get you the money until you receive the item and it's already shipped to someone else. I'm not quite clear how this happened and I'm sure it's very easy to resolve.
