coastalcool @icc525 I hear you! I had TMJ surgery (same meniscus as in knee). Gained weight, bought the Spanx and then started at the gym with low impact like swimming...and found out it was my thyroid 🙈 Now, I don’t need the Spanx (they’re in my closet brand new for sale). You can do it! 🙏🏼
