suzizapf This is Susan. I bought those skates secondhand for my daughter and she wore them one day. They were too big for her. I had NO idea they were defective. Just open a claim.

suzizapf I am doing everything possible. There is no claim showing up yet. I see no pictures and I see you gave me one star. I have a 5 star rating otherwise. I never send anything out intentionally that has a problem. If you look at all my love notes they are all excellent. I see you are selling also. You well know Poshmark collects the $ and shipping and their commission. It has to come from them.

suzizapf @ilj7857 Poshmark sent me an email saying you have 72 hrs from purchase to file an official claim. I think you emailed them within that time. Please email them again. Somehow a claim was not opened because I have not received notice. Please reach out again and let them know you did reach out to them within 72 hrs

suzizapf Anyway Poshmark would take $12 commission on $60. Why would you think of doing that! Try to be patient. We are both trying to resolve this.

suzizapf You text me last night. I was at my bible class. You are really being rude. I reached out to Poshmark again and they told me you didn’t fill out a claim soon enough. I replied that you did. They will answer me within 48 hrs. I made $40 off these. Send them to me and I will send you $40. Or wait for Poshmark.

suzizapf I see you are a new Posher it takes awhile to learn everything. If you go to problems/inquiries it says make a “claim”. If you did that , they have it. I never got any claim from you. When a claim opens it has a place for pictures and comments from seller and buyer that is open discussion.

suzizapf I am sorry that you resorted to posting something against me and my closet. I try very hard to only send out the very best. . I have a five star rating. I don’t understand why you have to act like this. I offered you back what I made on the skates. Or you could take them to a shoe repair And have them glued. I had no idea these were defective.
