sharky187 Excuse me the order was not delivered..it got sent back cause if wrong address..I never received nothing .j want my refund asap. That's messed up

ingriddiamond @sharky187 yes your order was sent back to me, I got an email the same day , where they sent me a new shipping label saying you corrected your address. I repackaged your order . And sent it back the same day I got it back. It had a new tracking number .

ingriddiamond @sharky187 That tracking number said it was delivered. Poshmark usually releases the payment to the seller in 3 days after it’s delivered . However I had to contact poshmark because your order was delivered , and I didn’t get the payment until the 6th day . I suggest you contact them too

ingriddiamond @sharky187 do you have a number you want me to send you the screenshots to? I can not refund you because I don’t take the payment like I said . Poshmark takes the payment from the buyer. The seller has a week to ship it . Once it’s scanned by the usps you can track it from your poshmark account. Once it’s delivered , as a buyer you have 3 days to accept the package or return it if it’s something wrong

ingriddiamond @sharky187 if you do not report any problems with your order in the next 3 days after it was delivered . Then poshmark releases the payment to me after 3 days after it was in your possession
