luvmyangel I see that you are a Poshmark Ambassador and I hope you can help. I sent a couple emails to customer service..no responses 😞! I need to send a refund back to someone who purchased an item from me. They purchased an item one day in which they were charged shipping. Then decided to purchase my other item the following day...and got charged shipping again. I also offer 15% off a purchase of 2 or more items. I want to send the items and just give them a refund. HELP?!?!?
