oakislandgirl08 @foreverluc43 We carefully packaged the necklace for shipment in a velvetbag after wrapping it up in tissue and then wrapping the bag in giftwrap then bubblewrap and mailing it in a padded bubblemailer.It was not damaged when we took the order.We would like to see pictures of any damage you feel might have occurred during shipment because we would like to compare them with the ones we have of the necklace that we took before your order was sent to you.
