iryna3094 @mdavidx2003 PART 1: Hi, thank you for reaching out. This sounds like a simple malfunction with the hardware. The rifle although opened was new and used a handful of times with no issues. I would recommend looking through the operating manual on how to properly clear jams or magazine malfunctions. These little bbs do sometimes get lodged in the barrel and magazine.

iryna3094 @mdavidx2003 PART 2: Please check the barrel, magazine and clean the weapon in totality. Then after consulting the manual, utilizing a new Co2 cartridge, give it a try and if sure it will operate as desired.
