mintandpurple Hello! You purchased my WHBM black ruffle jacket a week ago. I shipped the item on that Sunday, but it was never entered in the tracking and the system thinks I never shipped it. I received a notification that the order was canceled today, which I totally understand. I am going to contact pm to see if there is a better solution. I’ve had horrible luck with purchasing items recently and assumed it was not sent… I have not gotten any shipping notices and sent a message and didn’t hear back so I assumed not shipped… if I receive it I can maybe repurchase from you? That way you get the money unless there is a way to revert the cancellation? I can look also.
