mintandpurple Hello! You purchased my WHBM black ruffle jacket a week ago. I shipped the item on that Sunday, but it was never entered in the tracking and the system thinks I never shipped it. I received a notification that the order was canceled today, which I totally understand. I am going to contact pm to see if there is a better solution. If things ever show up in mail (who knows what happened to my package), please let me know. Sorry for what happened and thank you for your purchase.

I’ve had horrible luck with purchasing items recently and assumed it was not sent… I have not gotten any shipping notices and sent a message and didn’t hear back so I assumed not shipped… if I receive it I can maybe repurchase from you? That way you get the money unless there is a way to revert the cancellation? I can look also.
