lykensi @retocco let me know if I should return to sender or if you can provide a label for it to get to the correct place, I’d like an update on my dress too. I don’t want this order to close out on me and then I’m stuck paying for something I haven’t received.

retocco @lykensi Oh there's no way I would let you be stuck paying for something you don't receive. Don't worry about that. I will be mailing you and the other lady a postage paid package tomorrow to just pop in the bag and drop in the mail.

retocco @lykensi I just thought about that and actually I think it would be safer anyway to just send it back to me and open a "case" saying that you received wrong item. That way I don't have to worry if the other lady will actually send it to you. I am thinking going through the proper channels might be smarter and safer. Then when I get them back I can check them and send them out correctly

lykensi @retocco either way I’d just like an answer as to how this situation will be fixed. I wanted to open a case but I didn’t want to penalize you because I know mistakes happen. I’m more than willing to send the shoes wherever they need to go.

retocco I got your dress back and mailing it out today. Messaged PM 4 times now and they haven't responded yet so I will probably just send you a bag with pre-paid postage so you can just drop sandals off in mail back. I am soooooo so sorry about this mess
