bysiv @priscy2017 hello, I just received the shoes, thank you. One of the heels looks like it was burned or severely damaged which wasn’t described. Are you able to refund a small amount to cover cost of a cobbler? I just thought I would ask. Thank you for the consideration.

bysiv I have just emailed Poshmark and attached photos of the heel - it looked burned or maybe a dog chewed on it? I told them that I prematurely accepted the order thinking there was a way for a partial refund after. I will let you know what they say.

priscy2017 I woke up and looked at my phone and see that you flipped on me. I could have sold those shoes for $350 maybe even $400 but I gave them a way for under $200 and you were complaining because you don't want to spend $20 to make a new shoes bottom on one shoe but you want to wear Chanel shoes do you know how much those shoes retail for at Saks Fifth?

bysiv @priscy2017 hello, sorry - how did I flip? I just contacted Posh for support on what to do. I don’t want to return the item but I had to rate the shoe with the comment so Posh could see it. I can change the rating back. Sorry I didn’t mean to offend but wanted to know how best to move forward through Poshmark so I contacted them. It’s not about the $20 cost but rather not being aware of the heel issue when I put in my offer. Hope that makes sense and sorry to upset in any way.
