caritoiscandy Hi @iesanchez_323 I wanted to follow up with you on the purchase you made from my closet on the Disney princess and Frozen cloth face masks 4 pack. I have mailed the items as of 10-15-20 by using the label Poshmark emailed me. For some weird reason the post office hasn’t stilled scanned the item as received. I have contacted them to check on the status of the order. I will keep you posted on any updates

caritoiscandy @iesanchez_323 good morning, I haven’t received a response yet from the postal office about the email inquiry I sent them. Instead I will stop by my local post office later today to see if they can give me an update. I reach out to you later today once I know what’s going on, if that’s ok

caritoiscandy Hi @iesanchez_323, I spoke with the post office worker and they also said they are not able to see that the package has scanned been scanned yet. They suggested to give it a few more days that it may still be scanned once it on its way to be delivered. The postal service worker also suggested to give it until Monday and if it’s not delivered to file a claim for the lost package

caritoiscandy @iesanchez_323 Hi, I wanted to provide you an update. After filling the claim, I received a call from a postal worker today. She advised me that they are reviewing the claim as to why the package has not been scanned as of yet since it’s going on 2 weeks. She said by this end of week they will let me know what the results of claim is.
