jasonchutton Hi Irene, I found a significant issue with this Targus backpack I bought from you recently. just discovered it but I do not have a way to communicate with you anymore. I didn't want to "report it" but would you please contact me when you can so we can somehow address this? It appears someone burned a big hole inside this bag and I did not see that until I just opened this smaller pocket, and it's about as big as three fingers to stick through it....

irenecreates @jasonchutton Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. I thoroughly check my items before listing them and I don’t know how I would’ve overlooked something like that. I’m not saying it couldn’t happen but I didn’t see that when I inspected the bag. I honestly don’t know if there’s anything that can be done at this point before the transaction is complete. You may have to open a case with Poshmark or email them asking about that type of situation. I wish I could be of
