kelliposhgirl The strap was bent up but I think they are ok. Next time when you ship anything you should put in plastic just in case the weather is bad where you ship. You can look and see the pictures that I uploaded

kelliposhgirl I uploaded them to Poshmark through their resolutions on the app. Once they put it in we will be able to see. They will probably issue Me a credit to My account. They may have to contact the post master because of the way My package was handled

fredsqueen @kelliposhgirl I’m confused. You told me the shoes were fine. I just received an email from Poshmark about the case you submitted and you said the shoes and dustbag were “soaked”.... I’m really confused

kelliposhgirl The shoes and dust bag were soaked and the strap was balled up. It has nothing to do with you and I'm not returning the shoes so it doesn't matter. The packaging was mangled and everything was all wet

kelliposhgirl Soaked doesn't necessarily mean that they are damaged. You can see by the box and how wet it was and mangled that everything inside would be wet. This is why I suggested next time you ship something you might want to put in plastic b4 you ship. Not because of you but because of weather and carriers that don't give a darn about our packages

fredsqueen @kelliposhgirl well I need the shoes or the money. They said when I receive the shoes they release your money back. The customer service is awful with Poshmark. I’ll definitely be done with Poshmark as soon as this gets resolved. Ugh

fredsqueen @maxalieasa3 I hope you enjoy it. Only used it a few times. The bigger the bag the more I carry so I go with mini bags now!! It’s all packed up and will drop it off tomorrow but probably won’t ship out until Tuesday because of Presidents weekend. Enjoy!

jennifer8044 I took several pictures of them before shipping and if you look at the inside tag they say 6.5 US. If they were a "wide" I believe they would have a "w" next to the size. I hope you love them! Enjoy!! ❤
