I’ve put to much work into my account to get my store shut down over 1 issue: Just put you want to return and they accept your request. I would appreciate it if you put broking or damaged. I’m happy to return the money back once item is returned. Hit spam to delete my messages

wonderirene66 @kingmcdavid97 Unfortunately the case is under review and it is no longer up to me to change it. I have only had one return in the past and I shop on poshmark weekly. I returned a strand of faux pearl that was advertised as real. The seller did not realize that particular brand of pearls are imitation. I don't think you will lose your store over that.
