I’m disappointed. POSH is asking me to rate the experience with you.
You said you weren’t sure if the bag was authentic.
this bag clearly is a fake. there is no serial number.
You should’ve disclosed that it was not authentic rather than pretending to not know it was not real YSL.
Id like to refund and return. Please tell me how to do that.

@idiamond100 absolutely no problem Irene I think you can. I wasn't sure because I wasn't sure. I bought it off another site also. Don't be disappointed everything has a solution. Life is too short to be upset. We will figure it out, don't worry.

@idiamond100 ok I just submitted a "sent wrong item" I think Posh will send you something so you can send back the item and get your money back. See all is well!!! 😊 Sorry for that shock and experience. let me know if I need to do anything further with Posh 😊

@idiamond100 Hi I have been trying to get in contact with you for a week now. So Posh said they reached out to you and that you need to submit a Received Wrong Item so that you can send it back and get your refund. Maybe check your email or just click on the order and Submit the Received The Wrong Item. Hope that works. If not reach out to support.
