lumiere_iv @melissamuldoon I apologize sincerely! You will have to open a case to file for a return. Go to Help then How do I file for a return? You will be guided step by step. Posh will work with you. They require pictures .. please take a look underneath the top of shoe (inside), if perhaps the size is printed there, or inside the heel. I can assure you it was not intentional. If you find another pair of shoes in my closet, I will offer you 50% off. You can just make the offer. Warm regards, Irene 🌺
