kaydo75 Hi Irina - I can't find a way to email you but FYI, I received the pale blue Michael Kors purse today but UPS left it outside in the pouring rain, the box was completely ruined, and the purse is a little damaged on the bottom. I'm going to file a damage claim with UPS but the purse was wrapped in just paper & tissue paper (which was completely soaked through to the purse) - you might want to consider wrapping items in some kind of plastic so this doesn't happen. Thanks.

Payment transaction completed by Posh, and they took their 20% commission almost a week ago. Your wife could sell items, she doesn't care about here on Posh as well

mombay2016 @prettygals I am honest . Look on my reviews, and how much I am selling on Posh. If you don’t like sandals I sent you today, please return it w/o damaging, it is in perfect shape. There is no point to ague here . Buyers are always right. I had two similar cases in a past . One buyer ripped shoe lace , got returned label, never shipped item back. I could not ware shoes which 2 sizes smaller than I need, shoes was in perfect shape, when I ship it.

heathervelez005 hello this is Heather Velez. I received my helmet today and I gave it five stars before my boyfriend looked at it. All I saw was a pretty helmet, he came home he looked at it and the right side of the helmet it's completely broken. I am so completely disappointed about this we have to resolve this issue please it is totally broken I cannot wear it get back to me ASAP please if I was to wear this helmet and got hit I would be brain-dead if that helmet was the only thing I had to rely on

mombay2016 @heathervelez005 just saw your rating change. Someone bought me this helmet brand new from Harley store. I have never wear it , I don’t have motorcycle, never ride it , so it was sitting in a box for a few years, never touched. I have never noticed anything broken, I wrapped it best I could and sent it to you. You liked it , except it , now you telling me it is broken. It wasn’t. I don’t see any pictures. Was box broken or damaged, when it arrived?

heathervelez005 I'm sorry but the box was just fine. It looks like somebody was messing with it stripped the screw and the whole left padding of the inside was malfunctioned if I would have wore, it would have flown right off of my head... you should maybe check your items before you put them on Poshmark because if my boyfriend hadn't have noticed the defect because I was having him put it together for me I would have put it on and I would have gotten seriously hurt.

heathervelez005 I sent pictures to Poshmark already. But if you would like some send me a way to get them to you privately ,it was totally torn up inside, the screw was broken... I don't know what happened, I don't know and I don't care all I know is that I cannot use this.it is dangerous and I think a refund would be the right thing to do.
