may_wilson Hi Irina, I am sorry to hear you were unhappy about the Coach bag. I looked into whether you can return it but Poshmark does not refund commissions. Instead, I can offer you $20 off any item in my closet if you see something you like. Maybe something new with tag will be best. Out of space - please see 2nd comment.

may_wilson Want to share the bag was a gift a long time ago but wasn't quite my style so I just put it away. When I took it out a couple of years ago, honestly didn't use it much and the put it back into storage again until I discovered Poshmark. It's possible the leather was dry from the lengthy storage and susceptible to showing a lot more wear. I am not sure. Apologize for the misunderstanding. Thank you.
