I didn't discover this until I got home from being out of town and it was past the 3 day window of time to report this, which I didnt know about since this is my first purchase on Poshmark. As I mentioned, it's not that I don't believe you it's that due to amount of time since purchase I can't do anything. I understand you had a family emergency and I am sorry but this app has very specific rules. Please contact posh support and see if there is anything they can do.

lifelivedwell @tracymarlin - I am even more confused of where/how it broke.. instead of accepting the order you will need to mark as problem with order and say damaged. You will then write the issue and upload the pics. That way posh will get involved. Is the ring by chance is the tissue paper?? I am just completely shocked.

jemstar71 @lifelivedwell I just spoke with the bank 3xs.. set up a ven mo and now can't checkout with ven. mo because it's still reading a bank error. I'm trying but you can just leave her up, I don't want to be a headache for you. I'll catch her if I can ☹
