irina2isy @thoward6015 sorry to hear that! That’s one of the thing with snaps- they come off sometimes when we don’t want them to come off ! I can offer you a great discount on any snaps from my shop, however there will still be the shipping cost:( find the snap you like even if they are in another bracelet or a necklace, I can sell you just the snap
