Hello @bizotmm6 for some reason Poshmark’s system is not updating like USPS. I checked on the status of your package this morning and it arrived at the post office in Garland so you should get it today. I dropped it off yesterday and it never updated status on Poshmark’s system so I was worried.

Hi , I’m reaching out to you as you just purchase an item from me which was the pink jumper. My apologies as you probably received a pair of black Harley Davidson shoes. Somehow my order labels were mixed up. One of the other buyers opened an “item as not described” case. If you would like to do that as well, i this we can get your correct item to you. @bizotmm6 Hi, thank you for getting back to me. You can go under the item you bought from me and find “item not as described” and open a case with Poshmark. They will then ask for pictures of what you got and help confirm the case. They will then help you send it back to me. The buyer who got your pink jumper is doing the same. Again, my apologies for the mix up.

@bizotmm6 I don’t think I can do that because the person who bought them opened a case and it has been approved. If you open a case on your end, Poshmark for “item not as described” they will approve and send you a shipping label to send it back to me. You get reimbursed once I acknowledge that I have them. Then I relist and notify you so you can basically re purchase them.
