Good morning Iris :-) I see that you were working with Poshmark on the Brighton bracelet that I shipped to you! I'm very sorry that you are dissatisfied. Could you please let me know if it was damaged? Or why you were dissatisfied? I'm just curious I'm disappointed myself! Good morning Iris🤗 glad you liked your beads and the I charm that one is really pretty. We have 7 dogs, one 3 legged cat, 2 turtles, 8 chickens, 1 goose and 1 duck to keep her company. Sounds like a holiday song! We had horses for many years and peacocks which were so much fun. Our mini donkey and pair of white peacocks are living in NY without friend. Keeps me busy!

I’m sending the 2 replacement beads today.
You can also take the bead with the missing stone to a Brighton store. It’s in the current line of products, so they will send it off for repair for free and you’ll get a new bead. Takes about 3 weeks but it’s worth a try. They repair or replace anything that breaks or gets damaged.

They do have some discoloration on the small silver embellishments. Also when packing the Brighton Crystal Necklace I noticed a few dark specks in the center I didn’t notice before. Hi just wanted to provide an update that tracking shows that your package is still held at the USPS distribution center at Springfield MA. I asked my local post office about this today and he told me that they are in fact overloaded there and that the trucks are backed up there waiting for everything to clear through. It’s the snakeskin ones that are in the teardrop shape with the rhinestone border. Everything else is ready to go. How would you like me to handle the situation? Hello Iris. I am so sorry to have to ask you to cancel your order of the BCBG velvet heels. I was wiping them down inside and out with a slightly damp cloth to remove any fuzz on the velvet and just a quick wipe down of the inside as I like all my sales to be clean when they go out and I accidentally damaged the inner black lining slightly so I cannot sell them that way or send them out.
