mshilaryp Greetings. I hope you are well, Irma. I have been unwell and got to the post office today because I work full time during the week. Unfortunately, my shipping label expired WHILE I was at the post office. I am consulting customer service. A return of the magnitude has never happened to me. I walked to the post office as soon as I was physically able. Would you please help me in asking for them to reopen the case? PLEASE? PLEASE? I am so disappointed to have not received my correct item.

I can only conclude that this was a returned or open box item. I was sold a faulty product, one that is not new in the box. By appearances, this is a fraudulent sale.
