Irma, the USPS has been very slow with all the covid problems, go to your purchases, then go to order status, click on that it will give you an update on where it is right now. I am sure you will get it, don't worry.

@silverlady1986 I just founded out that the tracking number from Poshmark is Fraudulent and the USPS said that number don’t have my name or address on it. I’m so so mad at Poshmark right now. I don’t know what either too do to get my 1544.89 dollars back from them.

That is terrible, have you sent a message to poshmark, you must do that, tell them what is going on, give the closet name of the seller, your name and closet name, you will not be responsible for this, if the sale goes through poshmark, they will refund your money to your account, but you must file a report with poshmark, keep me posted. if you need help with filing your report let me know.

I just thought about something, your bag has to go to poshmark first for authenticity, so it wouldn't have your name on it, that could be why, but still reach out to poshmark about your concerns.

And no response back for two days straight. I don’t know what either to do
I paid 1544.89 for two Louis Vuitton purses from two different persons and I ain’t got neither purses. I called the phone number and it’s not taking any calls 650-262-4771
I have sended like five messages and still Nothing ☹️

I just saw that you said you ordered the purses on April 29th that is a very short time, with the mail being so slow and that the bags having to go to poshmark first to get authenticated, it would be a couple of weeks before you would get them, still remember if something goes wrong with the sale, you would be reimbursed from poshmark, because this is no fault of yours..I know this is a large amount of money, but try not to worry.

@irmabeasley Irma, I received another message from poshmark, thanking me for reaching out to them, but that you would have you to file a complaint, so send in another request for them to look into this matter, make sure your putting all information on each seller, since there were two sales, send them seperate to poshmark, go to each purchase, then go to problem with sale.

@irmabeasley USPS at Newark delivery unit just called me and said the package was delivered,but isn't scan delivered. It says give it a couple of days to update. Poshmark Concierge has the package for authentication. That was it seems like.
