tejedairma @jjh7583 hello , Jennjo , I want to apologize for the late response and the inconvenience , I feel bad about that , I went through all the shoes and I found out that some of the boxes were labeled incorrectly so the sizes are actually different. I apologize for not having checked yours, and I unfortunately only have a 9 1/2 as my biggest size. If you would like a refund, I'd be more than happy to comply, just message Poshmark and they will make the arrangement.
