Hi, you purchased a New York and company black blouse from me over the weekend. I was away and shipped it on Tuesday. I keep getting notifications to mail it, since tracking is not scanned. I am not sure why, but I have contacted usps to find out. My sincere apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, it is beyond my control, but will do whatever I can to see what is going on. I try my best to get items shipped ASAP. I hope you accept my apologies and understand what happened is beyond my control.

The crazy thing is, I was in Georgia over the weekend when you purchased it. I usually ship within 24 hours, but since I didn’t get back to New Jersey until Monday night, I shipped it on Tuesday. Thanks again fir your understanding. I will keep you posted on what I learn about the package.

@irmal15 I can’t believe that it still is not showing any tracking. I’m so sorry. Hopefully, usps will get it updated soon! I find that they have not providing the service they used to. I have had delays on packages and now this. Very frustrating and some buyers give a bad review because of it. 😩
