afanucci24 ok, man. here's the latest: i went to the UPS store where the item should have originally been shipped. the dude said since it's handled through USPS, i should contact them. he also said this is not an uncommon occurrence as the person responsible for scanning the item may have missed it. i also contacted poshmark. if there are no updates by tomorrow, they'll proceed with the next step.
