@bellabrennan55 go to the account tabs and click on “my balance” and then you should see something that says redeemable and you redeem it there and transfer it to your bank account whenever you need to :)

@bellabrennan55 I’m new to Poshmark so I’m not entirely sure how it works but i just saw that according to the buyer protection policy you won’t actually get the payment until you send out the item and I make sure it’s what you posted
