bkrause3 I just wanted to let you know that the amber necklace is a beautiful piece. Unfortunately, I checked with a reputable jeweler and the stone is plastic & it isn’t sterling silver beads . 😞

mickey525 I just looked on the posh website, you go into purchases and scroll to the bottom. Click on problems and explain the issue. Please write in that I am willing to refund.( I also emailed them letting them know I take full responsibility. Again I am so sorry.

mickey525 @bkrause3 I emailed posh and let them know that I would like for you to be able to return the necklace for a full refund. I looked for the process and it looks like You can put in for a return by finding your purchases and clicking the problem tab. You should be sent a return label. Again I am very sorry that this happened.

bkrause3 @mickey525 Thank you for your concerns. It is truly a very attractive piece of jewelry !! I was positive myself it would be silver for sure. Amber is a difficult stone to identify & Mexico is also known to have great pieces of amber ! I really love your closet and was thinking I could get the other amber pendant & the turquoise pendant instead.
