I don’t really understand why you would leave me one star when I am says it was delivered on 4 September and then you state that you did not receive it. Yep that’s my fault? That seems incredibly unfair I shipped it out and it was delivered whether you actually received it or not is out of my hands. I’m not my fault.

What you should have done is open up a case claiming that you did not receive the item. Instead of giving me a horrible reading which I do not deserve.
