Hi Penny! Not sure if you check your messages. Tracking indicates your package was at the Livermore Post Office as of January 28 per request of customer. When you receive it, would you please go to "My Purchases" and click accept. You can also go into view messages from this purchase under "my purchases" and see where I've been trying to reach you to make sure you have your package. Not sure if you are out of town. Thanks!
