lisann01 the boots that you sent me you shipped to the wrong address I updated my address it's 446 Hospital Road apartment number 1 mountain City Tennessee 37683 and you sent it to the 853 Brazos Street in Lehigh acres Florida is there any way you can call and have them not drop off at that address I don't live in Florida anymore and I'm worried it might get dropped off there I don't live there anymore

ejashbau Hey I messaged once already and I don’t think I’ve gotten a response. My sister bought some boots from you based on your EU size listed but they are too small. Because the EU size comparison you have listed says size 9 for 39 but size 9 when you google it and in my experience is 40 in EU sizes. Anyway, all I’ve done is try them on once to check fit. Is there anyway I can exchange for the 40? Otherwise this purchase is wasted. Please help :)
