cassigraf Do you have any one piece swimsuits for swim practices, and I have a swim related question but do you wear your suits under clothes while driving in the car to your meets or practices eliminating having to change, just jump into warmups, just curious what other swimmers do and if it works.

ibuckne13 @cassigraf yeah I have one pic eve Jolyn. I usually wear them under if it’s a quick meet and time is short and warmups are first and if the meet is close. I wear them under for practices because I swim at the YMCA and they make us come to the pool already in suit under our clothes to eliminate the use of changing rooms.

cassigraf @ibuckne13 oh ok, I just started swimming so want to know what other swimmers do for there routines and what works, do you normally just drive back home in the car wearing the suit after practice and change/shower once there making it easier how do you prevent the car seats from getting wet too.

ibuckne13 @cassigraf I usually change out of the suit asap after the pool because the suit will have chlorine in it and I usually rinse it out under the sink or shower there to get it out and change into my dry clothes. Or you could wear your suit and place an extra towel in the car to sit on or small blanket (that’s what I do if I’m in a rush.) but make sure to rinse the suit every now and then because chlorine eats away the color in the swimsuit and swimsuit itself and causes thinning and stretching:)

ibuckne13 @jaimeb19515 ? I have reuglations at my local Y that don't like people using the showers because of COVID so sometimes I go home and shower. Usually it's quicker.

ibuckne13 @katiesiegler hi! I’m not sure yet, because I usually wear a size 2 and those are size 4. Maybe you could model them? And add your size for reference? When doing a trade, both people will set the prices to three dollars in purchase. Some people like to make a new separate post that says do not buy and reserve the article of clothing for the other person.
