If the USPS shows that the package was delivered then I donāt see how that impacts my rating as I sent this in good faith. Had you reached out to me regarding this I would have been happy to try and solve the problem but obviously you preferred to go another route.

@sbshu only way I could have the option to say my packaged never arrived was to give you a low rate... once I get my package I have no reason giving you a better rate.

And obviously im going to give it a low rate if I didnāt receive anything... not gonna give you a good rating and mess up my chance to dispute me not getting my package. That wouldnāt make sense now would it ?

@queenish97 I actually had a customer who reached out to me prior to rating her purchase because one of the items in her kit had a cracked cover. I sent her a brand new kit at my own expense because I believe in treating people nicely. You could have done the same but you chose to do something else. Itās your right to make your own decisions, Iām just stating that there could have been another option for you.

@sbshu I tried to go to your page and it just kept directing me to the rating page. So therefore that was my reason to give you a low rating since it gave me no other choice. Like I said before I donāt mind editing your rating as it gives me the option to do so. I didnāt give you a low rating as a person I just gave the rating due to my situation... I wouldnāt mind changing your rating since you gave me such a great deal.

Customer service is of the utmost importance to me as these sites rely on the interaction of buyer and seller to instill confidence in the sellers integrity. Iām simply stating that there was another option. You and I are communicating by that option now.

@sbshu if it wouldāve gave me another option I wouldāve went with it. this is my first time experiencing this so therefore I tried to do what I can to let poshmark know that I never received my package. And youāre right itās about communication but you trying to come at me and getting mad that i gave you a 1 star because I didnāt get my package that said was delivered is not good communication. Iām trying to be reasonable with you and edit your rating as soon as I receive my package.

I didnāt come at you no type of way for not receiving it. It was a simple mistake with the carrier that delivered it. Being that Iām pretty new to poshmark I didnāt know that it would give me a option to communicate with you about the situation. Had I know I wouldāve communicated. Not really a big deal

I assumed by letting. Poshmark know there was a problem that you would let you know and they would reimburse me or resend the item. And you did reach out to me but you didnāt reach out to me to see what the problem was you reached out with anger .

@queenish97 I wasnāt nor am I now angry. I was simply telling you that had you reached out to me I would have helped you but the only outreach I had from you on here was the notification that you rated my delivery and thatās when I reached out to you here.
As I mentioned originally, if USPS is stating it was delivered then Iād complain to them. Theyāre responsible for getting it to you safely.

@sbshu I didnāt put a 1 star for you I assumed that the rating was for my experience I wasnāt rating you nor meaning to give you personally a bad rating. I was just giving the experience overall a bad rating. I know youāre a great seller due to your great ratings and love notes from other buyers. Thatās the only reason why I purchased with you. My intentions werenāt to make you sound like a bad seller it was simply to show poshmark that there was a problem

@sbshu none of the stores have it I tried to file a claim to report the package missing but when I tried it said the package is still in transition of delivery š¤ Iām not sure why. Idk if you would like to try yourself because it gives the sender and receiver an option to file. So that way even if I donāt receive it they will reimburse you your money as well as mines

@sbshu I just feel really bad because you already sent a kit and then had to resend another one on your expense and I feel like you should Atleast get paid for it. I know itās an inconvenience to me but itās not your fault you tried to make it better and i appreciate it.
