gigisjazz Hello, when I originally signed up, my company logo automatically appeared. I have been unable to remove/replace it although I did have success in replacing my image in profile. gigisjazz Robbie,, I appreciate the response. The bag is a lovely bag; however, I'll never understand how and why you didn't disclose the "tarry, sticky, disgusting substance" on the bottom liner. A professional cleaning solution had to be used to clean which caused discoloration of the fabric. I understand the water stains but you described "some stains, but not bad" which prompted me to pursue the purchase. I'm keeping the bag but refunding a portion of the purchase price would be acceptable. Tnk you
